Periodic technical maintenance of paver

(1) Technical maintenance content after 50 hours of running in
Before putting into use, the paver shall undergo a 50h trial run, otherwise it shall not be put into use. For 50 hours of running in, the relevant regulations in the engine manual should be followed. After the break-in test run, technical maintenance must be carried out according to the following content:
① Replace diesel engine oil: When warming up the engine, drain the old oil and then inject new oil; After a short period of operation, immediately check whether the oil level is at the specified height.
② Replace the lubricating oil of the transfer case and all reducers (including walking, distributing, and conveying reducers); When warming up the engine, drain out the old lubricating oil and then inject new lubricating oil.
③ Replace the oil filter element.
④ Replace the diesel fine filter element.
⑤ Check if the hydraulic oil reaches the specified amount.
⑥ Check the engine coolant level, and if it is insufficient, add it to the specified amount.
⑦ Check the nozzle, connecting pipe, air tank, and various switches of the heating system.
⑧ Check the rubber track shoes for cracks. If the crack length is greater than 50mm, it must be replaced.
⑨ Check if there is any leakage in each hydraulic system, and if so, eliminate it.
⑩ The air filter element of the diesel engine must be cleaned every 50 hours of operation.
Check if there are cracks on the blades of the spiral feeding device, and replace them if any.
Check if the automatic leveling device is functioning properly.
Check if there is any leakage in each working cylinder, and if so, eliminate it.
(2) Technical maintenance content for every 100 hours of work
① All items for daily technical maintenance.
② Maintain according to the technical maintenance items for 100 hours in the diesel engine manual.
(3) Technical maintenance every 200h of operation
① Repeat the technical maintenance content for 100 hours.
② Maintain according to the technical maintenance items for 200h in the diesel engine manual.
(4) Technical maintenance content every 500 hours of work
① Repeat all items in the 200h technical maintenance.
② Maintain according to the technical maintenance items for 200h in the diesel engine manual.
③ Check for cracks at the welding joints of important components such as the frame and fuel tank, and for deformation of the track beam. If any, resolve it.
④ Check if the electrical circuits of each operating switch and monitoring device are normal, and if damaged, immediately repair them.
⑤ Check the wear of the material distribution device.
⑥ Check the basic condition of the battery, such as the oxidation of the two poles.
(5) Technical maintenance content for every 1000 hours of work
① Repeat the technical maintenance content for 200h.
② Maintain according to the technical maintenance items for 200h in the diesel engine manual.
③ Replace the hydraulic oil filter element.
④ Replace the diesel engine oil.
In addition to the periodic technical maintenance described above, a comprehensive inspection and maintenance shall be carried out for the paver every winter, and the lubricating oil of each reducer and transfer case shall be replaced if necessary.
