1. Check if there is any garbage at the main air inlet, and if all valves and pressure gauges are working properly.
2. Check if all air pipe joints are loose and all pipes are undamaged. Tighten or replace as necessary.
3. Check all transmission parts for looseness, check the meshing between gears and racks, and make necessary adjustments.
4. Release the clamping device and push the pulley by hand to check for ease of movement. If there are any abnormalities, adjust or replace them in a timely manner.
5. Check the clamping block, steel strip, and guide wheel for looseness and tightness of the steel strip, and adjust if necessary.
6. Check the performance of all buttons and selector switches, replace damaged ones, and finally draw a comprehensive inspection graph to check the accuracy of the machine.
